The pilot is for a small number of households, teams and people with several assistants of their own who want to work with us closely and help shape the controls, the next connections, and the moments where relaying information is genuinely useful.

A good fit if

  • Two or more people use AI assistants, or you use more than one yourself
  • You coordinate events, travel, home, caregiving or work
  • You can name a handoff problem that keeps happening
  • You’re willing to review permissions and give feedback

Worth knowing

  • FamRelay is early, and some features aren’t built yet
  • Please avoid highly sensitive information unless we’ve explicitly agreed it
  • Features will change during testing
  • We’ll agree support and feedback check-ins before you start

    We review applications weekly. If it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a short call to understand your handoffs.

  3. Test the first workflow

    Try one narrow relay — like event details between two adults, or a plan between two of your own assistants — with written documentation of the controls enabled.

    Pilot questions

    Before you apply.

    What does the pilot cost?

    Nothing at the moment. We’ll tell you clearly if that changes, before you’re asked to pay for anything. Nothing you enter in the application commits you to paying.

    Which assistants will work?

    Any that can add custom connectors. FamRelay connects through the Model Context Protocol (MCP); the setup guide shows how. If you or someone in your group uses an assistant that can’t add connectors yet, tell us in the application — it shapes what we work on next.

    What information should we share during the pilot?

    Everyday logistics. Events, pickups, travel windows, appointments and tasks. Please keep health, financial, access-code, intimate and children’s sensitive information out of the pilot unless we’ve explicitly agreed otherwise.

    Can we leave, and delete our data?

    Yes. You can withdraw at any time. The pilot agreement will explain how deletion works and what it covers before you begin.

    How much time does it take?

    A little, on your schedule. A short intro call, using FamRelay for the handoffs you already have, and occasional feedback. We’ll agree the check-in rhythm with you up front.

    Who reads our application?

    The small FamRelay team. Applications are used only to run and learn from the pilot, and your written answers are kept out of analytics tools. See the privacy notice.
